====================
Does the value of true leadership puzzle you? Leadership is often misunderstood or ignored. It isn't being the biggest.
It's actually never being comfortable with the status quo. It's always striving to be the best in what you do.
Leadership demands that we seek new challenges, against all odds. This isn't easy, is it? It requires that we always
set a standard of excellent performance that can inspire others and challenge competitors.
Being a Leader is a LOT Harder Than Following!
We all should look for leaders who share our commitment to leadership. The big and small details matter to leaders.
Even the little things count in leadership situations. The Leadership "Forward March" often stalls but they keep
marching. Their crafty skills help them define their forward position.
I guess it's kind of a sports model. We look up to leaders
as skilled BIG people, but some leaders do prefer to walk the e-trail of anonymity. Sometimes they just can't hide!
They enjoy their life IN this business as much or more than their lives outside of the business.
Many leaders want to help people reduce financial stress,
fish, go boating, vacation, run with the dog and maybe, have time to read a few good books. Some people need more than a comfortable life but I admire people who enjoy
life.... just being leaders.
Sometimes leadership gets tough. Even if they're small fries in a jam, these types of people generally persevere. They
may feel down-time but they set the tone and keep their composure. Leaders thrive on momentum builders and confidence boosters and builders.
We might guess that leaders feel ahead of their times. Leaders help us focus on the people who represent the fabric of winning communities! Cutting edge leaders are often
considered exceptional people. Find a leader or BE a leader. Either choice might lead you to your desired, final destination!
